Placements24 is seeking a Principal Business Analyst for a premier consultancy in Cape Town, Western Cape. The role partners with C-suite and senior leaders to dissect complex challenges, translate requirements, and architect transformative solutions driving sustainable growth.

You will lead requirements gathering, model business processes (BPMN), develop robust specifications, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with project teams to ensure value delivery across large-scale transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in BPMN and requirements management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with executives.
• Proven experience leading analysis for large-scale transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plus industry experience in financial services, retail, or public sector.
