Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural practice, with at least 8 years dedicated to BIM implementation and management.
• Deep understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650), workflows, and best practices across different project phases.
• Expert proficiency in leading BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and related platforms.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BIM strategies for large-scale, complex projects.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and training skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in managing distributed teams and fostering collaboration in a remote setting.
• Knowledge of related technologies such as computational design, generative design, and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., R.I.B.A., P.G.B.I.M.) and/or BIM certifications are highly desirable.
