• Expertise in architectural design software (Revit, AutoCAD, 3D modeling tools) and presentation software.
• In-depth knowledge of South African building regulations and planning laws.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project financial management.
• Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
• Membership in the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) as a Pr. Arch is mandatory.
• Passion for innovative design and a commitment to sustainable architectural practices.
