This remote-based role includes occasional site visits near Rustenburg, guiding concept, master planning and detailed design to deliver iconic, commercially viable projects.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with developers and authorities, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion sustainable, innovative design.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Professional SACAP registration as a Professional Architect.
• 15+ years of leading design for major commercial/retail developments.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of SA planning laws and building regulations.
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-impact commercial and retail architecture.

• Expert knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics and development processes.
• Proficiency in industry-leading architectural design and BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD).
• Strong understanding of South African planning laws and building regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
