Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant management experience preferably within cosmetics
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets
• Own store business plan and execute agile strategies to recruit and retain customers
• Coordinate in-store events and manage CRM to build strong customer relationships
• Provide inspirational leadership to drive a high performing team in a fast-paced retail environment
