Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience, cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience in setting sales targets, customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Experience with in-store events, inventory and cash reconciliation, facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through events and CRM.
• Provide inspirational leadership to drive performance, customer engagement and store profitability.
