Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies are seeking an enthusiastic in-store Sales Associate in Cape Town to deliver a personalized and inspirational shopping experience for customers. You will work with a high-performing team to host events, maintain visual merchandising standards, and educate customers on prestige beauty products.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred, amateur level ok with strong creative/technical skills
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Willingness to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail POS software
• Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited for interview
