Job summary

The role focuses on driving product quality, maintaining compliance with specifications, minimising downtime, and coordinating with Engineering for maintenance. You will monitor performance, prepare reports, and coach staff while supporting 5S and SHEQ standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Press production team.
• Ensure production targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Drive product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Minimise machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) standards.
• Coordinate maintenance requirements with Engineering.
• Monitor production performance and prepare reports.
• Coach, train and develop production employees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Manage housekeeping according to 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
