• Matric certificate essential.
• 3–5 years in customer-facing roles within telecoms or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and complex accounts.
• Familiarity with converged and fixed product offerings and campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Genesys Cloud, Salesforce) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer journey for UHV/Premium clients with minimal handovers.
• Manage service desk, case management, and cross-functional escalation paths.
• Collaborate with technical, billing, sales, and back-office teams.
• Proactively manage retention, upsell opportunities, and churn prevention.
• Monitor satisfaction, NPS, and feedback loops to drive improvements.
• Prepare contract renewals and guide customers through upgrades.
