Job summary

Stor-Age Property REIT Limited in Pretoria seeks an experienced Painter to maintain the hotel's exterior and interior finishes, ensuring premium appearance and safety standards. You will perform surfaces preparation, apply primers, varnishes, and decorative finishes, and collaborate with Facilities Manager to plan refurbishment and ongoing upkeep.

Must have 3–5 years' hotel/maintenance painting experience, a valid driver's license, and a trade certificate.

Qualifications

• Matric (National Senior Certificate) is essential.
• Trade test or painting certificate preferred.
• Health and Safety training an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and restore the visual appearance of the hotel buildings, interiors, and exteriors.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply primers, undercoats, and finish coats.
• Mix and match paints and finishes to achieve required colours.
• Perform decorative and detail work (feature walls, touch-ups).
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are followed.
