You will support the property maintenance department by carrying out painting and finishing tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring surfaces stay well-maintained and visually appealing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the smooth running of the maintenance department.
• Performs planned and reactive painting in guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.
• Ensures surfaces and finishes are well maintained and visually appealing.
• Uses painting materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintains relationships with key stakeholders across the property.
• Assists with planned preventive maintenance related to painting and upkeep.
