Carrol Boyes in Cape Town is seeking a Brand Ambassador to be the face of the brand, delivering a premium retail experience and engaging with customers. You will assist customers with product selection, share expert knowledge on our design-led items, and help maintain a store environment that reflects the Carrol Boyes luxury image.

This role supports sales goals, maintains brand standards, and safeguards stock and store assets during trading hours.

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in a customer-facing environment advantageous.

Responsabilités

Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the luxury standards of the Carrol Boyes brand.
Proactively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers with product features, uses, and care.
Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and service concerns in a professional manner.
Represent the Carrol Boyes brand professionally at all times.
Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance in line with company standards.
Ensure the store environment reflects the premium image of the brand.
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure displays remain attractive and organised.
