Carrol Boyes is seeking a Brand Ambassador to be the face of the brand in our Durban store. You will engage customers, showcase our beautifully designed functional art, and deliver a premium retail experience.

You will assist customers in selecting products, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure the store environment reflects the high standards associated with the Carrol Boyes brand. You will help drive sales, maintain stock integrity, and uphold impeccable visual merchandising and store

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the luxury standards of the Carrol Boyes brand.
• Proactively approach and engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers with product features, uses, and care.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and service concerns in a professional manner.
• Represent the Carrol Boyes brand professionally at all times.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance in line with company standards.
• Ensure the store environment reflects the premium image of the brand.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure displays remain attractive and organised.
• Support store opening and closing procedures where required.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, card payments, and gift vouchers in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform daily till reconciliations where required.
