Carrol Boyes is seeking a Brand Ambassador to be the face of the brand in-store, delivering a premium retail experience with our beautifully designed functional art.

You will assist customers, share expert product knowledge, maintain high store standards, and support promotions and events to drive sales. This role requires a polished presentation, strong customer service, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifikationen

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment advantageous.

• Proactively engage customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge on features, uses and care.

• Represent the Carrol Boyes brand at all times with a polished appearance.
• Support store opening/closing, promotions, and in-store events.
