Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a production line operator to run Binder, Fawema and FFS machines, ensure product quality and maintain GMP practices. The role involves machine setup, fault finding, 5S discipline and strict adherence to safety and changeover schedules.

You will be responsible for workflow organization, achieving line efficiencies and accurate documentation. The position requires proactive problem solving and teamwork on daily production targets.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience operating Binder and FFS packing machines.
• Comply and adhere to quality systems (GMP, HACCP, FSSC).
• Monitor and ensure that all required documentation is completed as per standard.

Responsibilities

• Operate Binder, Fawema and FFS machines including set-up.
• Fault find and adjust to keep product within spec.
• Maintain 5S while operating machinery.
• Execute changeovers as per schedule.
• Organize workflow and take responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and line performance.
• Ensure line efficiencies as per target.
• Adhere to GMP standards and safety regulations.
• Run machine at set speed per specifications.
• Report deviations to maintenance and assist during breakdowns.
• Perform ad hoc talks.
