Job summary

Durpro Workforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on production lead to own the filling and packaging operation on the factory floor in Johannesburg. This role is not corporate or desk-based; you will troubleshoot problems, drive output, quality, downtime and efficiency, and take ownership of people and machines.

The ideal candidate has a tertiary technical qualification, at least 5 years in production, and hands-on experience with high-volume liquid lines, fillers, cappers, labellers and conveyors,

We need a hands-on, technically strong factory person who can take ownership of the filling and packaging operation. This is not a corporate/desk-based management role. The person must be comfortable spending time on the factory floor and troubleshooting problems when required. Seeking someone who can take ownership of people, machines, output, quality, downtime and efficiency.
