Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing, to own paid media strategies for roofing clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. You will own targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative behind client asks, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will drive ROAS improvements, manage campaigns for multiple accounts, and maintain robust conversion tracking and attribution. Strong English skills with US clients on live calls are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta (ads platforms)
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to pause/kill a campaign
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls
• Grow account value through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships
