Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing, to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap development, and the narrative for client conversations, acting as the strategic voice on the call.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, testing, and conversion tracking, and craft 90-day roadmaps with a data-driven storytelling approach for the client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with multi-client agency experience.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid strategy, targeting, and testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, and pixels.
• Deliver 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and report on numbers.
