Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads with a focus on ROAS improvements and scalable growth. This is a fully remote role serving global US, Canada, LATAM or SA clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Oversee budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Implement and trust conversion tracking: GA4, tag manager, platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
