You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimizing bidding, targeting and testing, while ensuring accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics with clients.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business paid media is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for HVAC accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and trust GA4, tag manager and platform pixels for accurate attribution.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; articulate the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
