Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location groups. You will define targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage paid search and social across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics, and collaborate with US-based clients on live calls. Remote role open to Canada, SA or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
