Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You will steer targeting, budgeting, and the narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other networks, test creatives, track conversions, and own the 90-day roadmaps and quarterly plans. Remote role with international clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
