Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC, to own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location groups: targeting, budgeting, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budgets and testing, and ensure accurate tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
