Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC focus, to own paid media for HVAC clients with multi-location needs. You will set budgets, bid strategies, and the narrative behind performance on client calls.

You craft the media plan and own measurement. You will be the strategic voice on calls with US and international clients, driving 90-day roadmaps, reporting on the numbers, and delivering ROAS improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client case studies.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
