Your Mission:
The PPC Executive will be responsible for leading the company's acquisition efforts within Google. Bing & other emerging channels’ shopping campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing a range of paid marketing strategies across Pmax, Shopping & all feed-based campaigns.
This role will require the successful candidate to execute the marketing strategy for Shopping channels by working closely with internal stakeholders and platform reps. The focus will be on driving new subscriber acquisition and growing existing customer engagement. All decisions will be data driven and in line with ROI, Registration volume, CPR and Customer LTV KPIs. The successful candidate will need to have a strong grasp of numbers and interpret data to problem solve with real tangible suggestions and optimisations.
Your Tasks Include:
- Plan, build, and execute Performance Max campaigns with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving business objectives across multiple brands.
- Optimize and manage Google Shopping feeds, proactively addressing disapprovals and ensuring timely resolutions in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Take ownership of Performance Max strategy, leveraging automation, audience signals, creative assets, and data insights to continuously test, learn, and improve performance.
- Use a data-driven approach to decision-making aligned with key KPIs such as ROI, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Cost Per Result (CPR).
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable reporting, highlighting wins and identifying areas for growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Google Ads, particularly Performance Max, and broader trends within the PPC and performance marketing landscape.
- Use analytics to understand customer behavior across the funnel—new and existing users—and translate insights into impactful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of automated campaign strategies, audience targeting, and creative asset best practices within PMax.
- Comfortable working independently with a structured and precise work ethic.
- High level of numerical and analytical competency—able to extract meaningful insight from complex datasets.
Cross team collaboration:
- Run tests, monitor performance and ensure the optimisation of our weekly, monthly budgets to deliver ROI, registration volume, CPR targets.
- Liaise with various sales & business teams to understand and support business needs.
- Interact with the business intelligence, CRM, product, and tech department as required to troubleshoot and fix issues related to traffic, tracking, reporting.
- Work cross-functionally to support feed optimization, asset creation, and campaign alignment with promotional calendars.
Skills required:
- Hands on experience managing Pmax and Standard Shopping campaigns for an e-commerce platform.
- Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, a significant amount of proven experience using Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders professionally and build good relationships.
- Analytical thinker, able to convert data and insights into trends and forecasts.
- Excellent quantitative skills with the ability to interrogate large data sets.
- Excellent written and numerical skills including copywriting.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to present the latest updates in PPC back to the wider business.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to get stuck in with hands-on work as well as being strategic.
- Results driven hard worker with a ‘can do’, problem-solving attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and independently.
- Experience with SQL, Python, Excel an advantage.
