Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems.
• Minimum 5 years in power systems engineering with grid integration experience.
• Experience with interconnection standards and utilities is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform power system studies (load flow, short circuit, stability, harmonics) for grid-connected renewables.
• Develop and review grid interconnection applications and technical requirements.
• Design electrical systems for renewable plants ensuring compliance with grid codes and standards.
• Specify protection schemes and control systems for generators and grid interfaces.
• Collaborate with project teams, utility engineers, and regulators to enable project development.
• Troubleshoot grid integration issues and optimize power system performance.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and operation.
