Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• Minimum 10 years in power plant operations with 5+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day power plant operations for maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Lead and mentor operators, technicians, and supervisors to foster high performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and KPIs to hit production goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations and standards.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and maintain high performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
