Job summary

Wheco Holdings is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to transform complex data into meaningful insights and robust reporting solutions. You will support Finance, Operations, and Retail with ad-hoc analysis, dashboards, and governance across multiple systems.

You will design SQL views, build reusable models, and publish Power BI reports while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate, governed data and actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI or reporting.
• Proficient in SQL and data modelling.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Diploma or degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support Finance, Operations, and Retail decisions.
• Design, build, and optimise SQL reporting views and reusable data models.
• Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyse data across multiple systems to identify trends and improvements.
• Validate and reconcile data across business systems for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies while supporting continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain SQL, Excel, and BI reports to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and insights.
• Contribute to reporting governance and data quality standards.
