You will analyze large-scale genomic datasets and develop novel pipelines. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in a quantitative field, has experience with NGS data, Python or R, cloud computing, and HPC.

Qualifications

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, CS, or related field.
• Experience analyzing large genomic datasets (WGS/WES/RNA-Seq).
• Strong programming in Python or R and use of bioinformatics libraries/tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and HPC environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities
