Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, Genetics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bioinformatics or computational biology, with a strong focus on genomics data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Perl, and experience with bioinformatics libraries.
• Hands-on experience with sequence alignment, variant calling, and gene expression analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and remote communication skills.
