About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize computational pipelines for the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., RNA-Seq, WGS, ChIP-Seq).

• Collaborate with experimental biologists to interpret results and guide future research directions.
• Develop and maintain scalable codebases and databases for biological data management and analysis.

Requirements
