Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in bioinformatics with a strong focus on genomic data analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Perl, and experience with bioinformatics tools and databases.
• Hands-on experience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis and relevant software packages.
• Strong understanding of statistical genetics and population genetics principles.
