Cashbuild Limited is seeking a System Supervisor for External Applications Only to oversee POS transactions, banking, and related admin duties in a retail store environment in South Africa. The role requires strong customer service skills, reliable cash handling, and leadership to supervise POS staff.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate cash management, assist customers with their needs, and maintain compliant store procedures.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent with 5 years related experience, or 10 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and local language where position is available.
• Above average numerical skills and strong customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all speed POS transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist customers with needs, queries, and complaints; escalate to management when required.
• Manage cash handling, banking, and petty cash processes end-to-end.
• Ensure Ready for Business processes and keep Cash Office area organized and tidy.
