Job summary

United Exports is seeking a highly organised Project Portfolio Coordinator to join our IT team in Paarl. You will ensure portfolio visibility and governance across South African and international operations, coordinating with project managers and regional stakeholders.

You will maintain project tracking tools, consolidate reporting, manage risks and dependencies, and support continuous improvement through standardized templates and Jira governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in roles like PMO, Portfolio Administration, or Project Support.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to compile and present accurate project and portfolio reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio governance activities and meetings.
• Consolidate reporting and tracking across multiple initiatives.
• Maintain Jira and related project information with data quality.
• Prepare governance packs and training for stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of self-service reporting and dashboarding.
