Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in software engineering, including senior leadership.
• Experience leading multiple teams in enterprise environments.
• Strong architectural depth for complex technical discussions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience driving platform modernization and large-scale changes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product/design leadership.
• A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the platform’s technical strategy and roadmap, aligned to business strategy.
• Lead multiple engineering teams and develop Tech Leads and senior engineers.
• Make architectural decisions across systems and teams, and set engineering standards and governance.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to turn strategy into robust technical solutions.
• Lead large-scale initiatives such as platform modernization and architectural change.
• Coordinate multi-team delivery and manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Represent engineering in executive forums, explaining direction, risks and trade-offs.
• Raise the bar on reliability, security, incident management and operational maturity.
• Contribute to hiring, team design and performance management.
