OfferZen Enterprise is seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of its intermediary digital platform for financial advisers, enabling client journeys, tools, data and insights across risk, savings and investments.

This senior leadership role emphasizes influence over coding, guiding multiple teams and shaping architecture, governance, and platform modernization to improve reliability and security.

Formación

• 12–15+ years in software engineering and leadership roles.
• Experience leading multiple teams or engineering domains in enterprise settings.
• Strong architectural depth and credibility in complex discussions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Track record of driving change at scale and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the platform's technical strategy and roadmap.
• Lead multiple engineering teams and develop Tech Leads and senior engineers.
• Make architectural decisions across systems and set engineering standards and governance.
• Partner with Product and Design leadership to turn strategy into robust technical solutions.
• Lead large-scale initiatives such as platform modernisation and architectural change.
• Coordinate multi-team delivery and manage risks, dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Represent engineering in executive forums, explaining direction, risks and trade-offs.
• Raise the bar on reliability, security, incident management and operational maturity.
• Contribute to hiring, team design and performance management.
