This role requires hands-on development across backend and frontend with Azure/AWS cloud experience and modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 7years in software development and engineering leadership, driving the successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale solutions and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern development frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Software Engineers.
• Drive the technical roadmap and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.
• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative technology solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery while optimising platform performance and customer experience.
