Job summary

iLaunch (Pty) Ltd in South Africa seeks a senior software engineering leader to mentor a team of engineers and shape the tech strategy.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, drive scalable platforms, and ensure performance and security for customers and partners.

This role requires hands-on development across backend and frontend with Azure/AWS cloud experience and modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 7years in software development and engineering leadership, driving the successful delivery of complex enterprise-scale solutions and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and modern engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience across backend and frontend technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern development frameworks.
