Job summary

SAB is seeking an experienced Training Facilitator to create and sustain a progressive learning environment for Level 1 and 2 teams at the Maltings plant. You will deliver shop floor training, identify development opportunities, and manage apprentices while updating training documentation and SOPs.

Strong facilitation and maintenance knowledge are essential. You will coach Team Leaders and Level 1 teams in VPO practices, record data, and ensure SKAP processes are followed, contributing to

Qualifications

• Minimum of a relevant tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or Training and Development (NQF Level 6+).
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing is required (3+ years).
• Background in maintenance and understanding of skills development preferred.
• Experience delivering learning/coaching solutions across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to shop floor personnel.
• Identify learning opportunities and manage apprentices.
• Facilitate and mentor Level 1 & Level 2 teams in VPO practices.
• Develop and update training documentation and SOPs.
• Manage SKAP administrative processes and assessments.
• Record training data and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide coaching on performance and management processes.
