Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Plant Operations Supervisor to lead the production team at our Richards Bay facility. This hands-on role is key to ensuring safe, efficient operation and meeting output targets through strong supervision and scheduling.

You will manage staff, enforce safety SOPs, monitor equipment, coordinate with maintenance, and optimize inventory of raw materials and finished goods, while driving continuous improvement and a positive, high-performance work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, production processes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with production scheduling and inventory management systems.
• A commitment to upholding high standards of quality and safety in all operations.
