Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in plant engineering or operations management.
• Proven experience with project management, capital budgeting, and maintenance planning.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, machinery, and control systems.
• Expertise in safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
