About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing operations in Richards Bay. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of production, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. You will be responsible for implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, preferably within the KwaZulu-Natal industrial landscape, and possess strong leadership capabilities.
