You will manage engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve targets and foster a strong safety culture. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, 10+ years in mineral processing with 3+ in management, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Metallurgical/Chemical/Mechanical or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mineral processing plant operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record in optimizing plant performance, managing costs, and ensuring safety.
• Strong understanding of mineral processing technologies and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.
