Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management within the power generation industry.
Experience leading diverse teams and complex environments.
Strong knowledge of power plant technologies, maintenance strategies, and operational procedures.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
In-depth understanding of safety protocols and environmental compliance in the energy sector.
