Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years in plant management or senior operations leadership.
• Proven record of improving operational performance, cost management, and safety.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and strategic planning abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality systems and EHS regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase profitability.
• Manage the plant budget, including capital expenditures and opex.

Key Responsibilities
