Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Production Manager for its Richards Bay operations in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. You will oversee all production activities, drive efficiency, maintain safety and quality, and lead multiple departments in a high-demand environment.

This role requires a track record of managing large-scale manufacturing, strong leadership, and hands-on process improvement with Lean/Six Sigma.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field is required.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive production management experience in heavy industrial manufacturing.
