Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality assurance, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage the plant budget, P&L, and capital expenditure planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant's workforce to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
• Implement and oversee continuous improvement programs, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a Plant Manager role.
• Demonstrated success in improving plant performance, safety records, and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and regulatory compliance.
