• Drive compliance with EE, OSH, SHE, and BCE legislation, maintaining a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
• Manage recruitment processes and resolve Industrial Relations (IR) matters effectively and fairly.
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting with a strong grasp of financial controls and production cost management.
• Ensure efficient coordination between departments to optimize workflow and operational output.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ working experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
