Job summary

Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to oversee the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant in Gauteng. You will analyze and improve production processes to boost efficiency, quality, and productivity, and lead production teams toward operational goals.

The role focuses on continuous improvement, production planning, and adherence to health and safety standards, with collaboration across management and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • 5–15 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven experience managing plant operations.
  • Strong background in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing principles and production planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer packages.
  • Valid driver''s licence (advantageous).
