Job summary

Acwa Operations is seeking a Maintenance Planner to improve workforce productivity by anticipating delays and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. The role focuses on setting up planned and corrective maintenance strategies for optimal production.

Responsibilities include screening work orders, documenting requirements, recording hazards and hours, planning with detail, and ensuring availability of tools and parts.

Qualifications

• Educational- Minimum - N6 / National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / IC).
• Trade tested Qualified Artisan.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming work orders and identify required resources.
• Document job requirements during field walks.
• Record hazards, estimated hours, and required skills for tasks.
• Plan jobs with appropriate level of detail.
• Ensure tools and parts are available via Purchasing Department.
• Print and deliver work orders with weekly schedule.
• Close work orders and maintenance logs after completion.
• Participate in outage planning and risk assessment.
